Our fully functioning creative workspace is not in a typical city office; it’s fluid and adaptable. We trek to the frontline, the geographical environment of where impact operations take place and set up shop there. Different from a conventional agency or consultancy, we aim to channel and experience a nonprofit’s ethos and impact through osmosis, an immersive creative discovery experience purposed to inspire, motivate, and capture the true essence of impact.

We desire to dedicate our skillsets and talents to help. With our unrivaled passion, diverse background, and adaptable skillset, we’re committed to purposing our demonstrated knowledge to further the impact of organizations around the world helping those in need.

We’re specialized with a critical focus on wavemaking for brands anchored in good.

Vastly defined, “anchored in good” can mean mission-driven nonprofit organizations, startup organizations that give back at their beginning, influencers or creators who care about causes, and organizations who’ve realized and accepted their corporate-social responsibility and aim to become a better corporate citizen. 

Such organizations have a very specific and unique set of business and marketing communications needs—we deeply understand them. Immediate, mid-, and long-term goals for this segment look differently amidst the landscape of good: Be it operating under a no-staff, low-staff structure or stretching a finite amount of resources for the distance, we understand the sector of good as a construct.

Jason Syptak

founder, managing director + head of strategy

An accomplished multi-sector strategist, Jason Syptak is committed to architecting authentic attachment amidst audiences, brands, and causes by warming hearts and inspiring action. Demonstrates value with a diversified and deep experience in supporting corporate sector brand positioning efforts and furthering non-profit sector reach and impact.

Dedicated to empowering non-profit formation, Syptak’s passion-points orbit around giving back and helping people. He enjoys freezing frames with his Canon EOS 5D Mark III on creative missions in Haiti and photo adventures throughout the world.

Syptak received his bachelor’s of business administration in marketing with a focus in advertising at Texas A&M University, making him a proud member of the fightin' Texas Aggie class of 2012. Gig 'em!

PHILOSOPHY

A wave is a transfer of energy.

 
 

Life is made of waves. 

Through a series of continuous ripples, waves of life and relevance begin and end, begin and end. Both modest or massive, waves make impact, washing upon shore for a fleeting impression. 

Through constant connection with sand, waves have the unique ability to shift boundaries. 

 
 

A wave is also a moment in time for brands.

 
 

Applying such logic to brands is critical for making meaningful waves that break through disorder, generate change, and accelerate impact.

Brands of all sectors can ignite and inspire movement.
