The San Antonio & South Texas Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association had a strategic opportunity in the 2018-2019 fiscal year to leverage local, regional, and national spotlight within the Alzheimer’s Association network and transform that spotlight into regional business-focused growth, expansion and authentic donor connection. Integrating a marketing communications campaign into development and fundraising efforts in this timeline was critical—and it all started by expressing gratitude to the regional board, trusted employees, and most loyal donors at the 2018 Memory Gala and 2019 national conference.
